Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the technology-related activities of the organization, including both hardware and software needs. Responsibilities

Design, develop and execute software solutions to address business issues. Evaluate current software framework and recommend tools, technologies, and process to ensure the highest quality product platform. Establish and maintain cybersecurity measures. Manage software application updates and licenses. Manage end user system access to software applications and phone system. Configure and maintain all servers and databases. Manage cloud-based ERP system, including the relationship with Dassault Systems. Responsible for the evaluation and implementation of new software applications as needed. Develop and maintain database loads into Tableau and Salesforce.com. Create and maintain reporting within DELMIAWorks, Tableau and Salesforce.com. Manage e-commerce systems and their communication with DELMIAWorks. Assist with end user enhancements within DELMIAWorks. Lead the integration of new company acquisitions into the corporate platforms. Design, implement, and monitor data integrity protocols across all enterprise systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, and audit-ability of information. Manage the cloud-hosted DELMIAWorks (IQMS) ERP platform, including system configuration, user access, integration oversight, and performance monitoring. Serve as primary liaison with the ERP hosting partner. Administer and maintain the Skyvia integration platform, managing data synchronization routines between DELMIAWorks, Salesforce, and Tableau. Oversee error logging and ensure continuous, validated data flows across systems. Serve as the system administrator for Salesforce, including its Field Service application. Oversee user roles, profiles, data model changes, permission sets, and customizations to align with operational and service workflows. Administer Tableau Cloud including site management, data source governance, user provisioning, and extract refresh scheduling. Partner with business leaders to ensure dashboards align with enterprise reporting strategy. Lead initiatives related to enterprise data governance, establishing protocols for master data ownership, version control, and system-wide consistency. Provide day-to-day onsite and virtual end-user desktop support. Manage relationships with third party infrastructure support teams. Provide management of internal network and phone systems and oversee IT asset management. This position has direct supervisory responsibility for the IT Systems Administrator, including setting performance goals and conducting regular performance reviews and aligning day-to-day responsibilities of the IT Systems Administrator with broader system and data strategy objectives. Other duties may be assigned. Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering Minimum of five years’ experience designing and building software applications Demonstrated experience managing the maintenance of a Tier-3 ERP system or better Minimum of two years’ experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI Preferred

Experience with the DELMIAWorks ERP system and/or cloud-based ERP systems Experience with database structure languages such as SQL and SQL/PSM Experience with maintaining Tableau and Salesforce environments Experience with Crystal Report writing Knowledge of IT security best practices Knowledge of server installation and maintenance Experience with e-commerce platforms Experience with developing and maintaining multi-site vpn environments Experience working in a manufacturing environment Cerificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements Benefits
