Infosys is seeking a Technical Test Lead. As an Automation Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Base pay range: $68,464.00/yr - $96,489.00/yr Responsibilities

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. 4 years of Information Technology experience. Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Princeton, NJ or be willing to relocate one of these areas. This position may require travel in the US and Canada. At least 4 years of software testing experience. Strong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycle. Excellent coordination and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Strong hands-on knowledge on Selenium, JAVA programming and SQL Strong hands-on experience on Github Copilot(Creating AI agents), VS code Domain experience in investment banking products and corporate action. Good hands-on knowledge on Selenium, TestNG Good hands-on knowledge on BDD cucumber Strong SQL knowledge with DB testing Knowledge and experience working in a CICD pipeline environment. Must be Proficient in Agile methodology and experience with Jira, designing Testcases, Test Execution as well as experience documenting software defects. At least 4+ years of experience in Automation Testing (SIT and UAT), test execution analysis & reporting Good knowledge of Financial Services domain and business functional processes Experience in Test Deliveries in an onsite offshore model. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and liaison with business teams to support UAT testing. Experience in Test Deliveries in an onsite offshore model. At least 4 years of experience in using any programming language like Java Thorough understanding of test automation, UI/Backend test automation concepts Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership Abilities in Test Strategizing, planning and co-ordination. Translate user requirements and application features into testing requirements Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
