Product Assembly and Material Handling Associate. Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the hybrid role of Assembler and Material Handler. This position combines the responsibilities of assembling products in a cleanroom environment with the essential tasks of material handling and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be committed to following safety protocols, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient operations. Responsibilities
Follow all documented processes and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Physically transport materials to and from various locations within the facility using appropriate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks. Complete all required SAP transactions accurately and in a timely manner, utilizing proper personal protective equipment (PPE). Assemble various products in a cleanroom environment while adhering to strict cleanliness protocols, including wearing a smock, mask, hearing protection, hairnet, shoe covers, and gloves. Package finished products according to visual work instructions and regulatory requirements. Perform rework and inspection tasks on products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and identifying defects. Record and maintain data related to product quality and traceability as required. Complete all necessary transactional steps for receiving and shipping materials, ensuring accurate inventory management. Maintain an organized workspace and assist in stock handling and picking as needed. Required Skills
GED or High School Diploma. Proficiency in stock handling and product handling practices. Experience in material handling, including the safe operation of pallet jacks. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects in products. Strong computer skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with warehouse and production environments. Ability to lift 50lbs. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred Skills
Experience Operating a Forklift in a Warehouse Environment. Familiarity with inventory management systems, particularly SAP. Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, particularly in a cleanroom or production environment. Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements related to product assembly and handling. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
