Responsibilities
Coordinate, conduct, and respond to research requests pertaining to government healthcare programs
Prepare and submit regulatory reports for filings, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness
Review Provider Agreements and marketing materials for compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
Assess information from government contracting agencies and disseminate to impacted staff
Oversee and maintain the department's documentation and archive system for historical and audit purposes
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managed care environment
Strong communication and presentation skills, with analytical and detail-oriented abilities
Proficient in compiling data and creating reports using Crystal Reports (or similar tools), SQL query, MS Access, and MS Excel
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field
