Responsibilities
Collaborate with assigned health plans to document requirements and create custom health plan reports
Develop intervention strategy reporting to measure gap closure in Risk and Quality initiatives
Create ad hoc reports to track HEDIS performance and monitor supplemental data
Analyze data sets using tools such as Databricks SQL, Power BI, and Excel for anomalies and trends
Assist with research and special projects requested by internal departments or regulatory agencies
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
1-3 years of experience in data mapping, profiling, and cleaning
1-3 years of experience in a Managed Care Organization with SQL query writing and data design
1-3 years of experience with Microsoft T-SQL, Databricks SQL, and Power BI
Familiarity with HEDIS and Risk data
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Hadoop
Experience in healthcare reporting analysis
