Annual Bonus Key Responsibilities
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with accuracy and insight Develop and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making Translate complex datasets into compelling financial narratives and dashboards Conduct ROI, risk, and performance analyses to support growth and efficiency Present key findings and recommendations to senior leadership and executive boards Drive automation and process improvements across finance functions Leverage AI and Business Intelligence tools to elevate reporting and forecasting Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 5+ years of progressive finance experience (FP&A, financial modeling, analysis) Prior exposure to consumer goods or manufacturing industries is preferred Proficiency in modern BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and a working knowledge of AI in finance Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights with a strong storytelling mindset Eagerness to lead and grow.
