Lead the month-end and year-end close processes for the plant. Oversee inventory control, fixed asset management, and cost accounting. Develop and improve financial controls and ensure compliance. Partner with plant leadership to analyze costs, track budgets, and recommend savings. Support audits, tax, and insurance requirements. Evaluate and track capital investments (CAPEX). Provide timely and accurate reporting to guide decision-making. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA a plus). 5+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience preferred. Self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable balancing detail work with big-picture process improvements.
