The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Fund Accounting to join their dynamic Private Equity team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of fund accounting and administration duties, including collaborating with team members, vendors, management, and clients on accounting and reporting processes. This role involves contributing to the accurate valuation of investments, reviewing fund expenses, accruals, and annual budgets, and ensuring that investor allocations align with partnership operating agreements. The AVP will also oversee quarterly management fee and trailer calculations, coordinate investor capital calls and distributions, and monitor fund compliance with US GAAP standards.
