Three Rivers, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. You will use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and pick up open shifts based on your availability, giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for operating a vehicle while patrolling the premises, responding to incidents, and providing support where needed. $18.31 / Hour Job Schedule: Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do

Use our scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver a consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, reporting any suspicious activity or breaches. Maintain detailed records of patrols, incidents, and observations during each shift. Communicate with site personnel and/or emergency responders as needed during incidents or emergencies. Support Allied Universal in upholding security standards and policies of the location. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles Possess a high school diploma or equivalent As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only Why Join Us
