Project Associate
is critical to managing the responsibilities of the Radiation Oncology, Clinical Residency Program, which encompasses strategic, clinical, research, operational, and financial responsibilities. The Project Associate will oversee day to day operations of program related activities.
Responsibilities
Coordinate fellowship office functions including interviews, recruitment, and orientation process
Manage credentialing process for licensed providers. Track documents submitted and ensure all providers are fully credentialed prior to start date; Liaises with CMO and providers
Manages and maintains DOH licenses for Attendings to be added to our linacs
Assist the Program Director in all aspects of the Fellowship Program as well as overall secretarial support
Calendar management for the Program director and each Resident fellow in the program
Write, edit, format and distribute documents such as letters, presentations, emails, memos, agendas, meeting notes, and pre-meeting background materials and deliver in final format
Management of IT updates, upgrades, and maintenance
Performs routine office functions as required
Requirements / Qualifications
High school diploma/ GED Required
Bachelor's degree Preferred
5+ year's experience in an administrative role supporting senior level manager or team of an organization
Experience in Medical Residency Program Preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
