The Project Associate will oversee day to day operations of program related activities.**Responsibilities**Coordinate fellowship office functions including interviews, recruitment, and orientation processManage credentialing process for licensed providers.
Track documents submitted and ensure all providers are fully credentialed prior to start date; Liaises with CMO and providersManages and maintains DOH licenses for Attendings to be added to our linacsAssist the Program Director in all aspects of the Fellowship Program as well as overall secretarial supportCalendar management for the Program director and each Resident fellow in the programWrite, edit, format and distribute documents such as letters, presentations, emails, memos, agendas, meeting notes, and pre-meeting background materials and deliver in final formatManagement of IT updates, upgrades, and maintenancePerforms routine office functions as required**Requirements/ Qualifications**High school diploma/ GED RequiredBachelor's degree Preferred
5+ year's experience in an administrative role supporting senior level manageror team of an organizationExperience in Medical Residency Program PreferredProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to multi-task and prioritize workMontefiore Medical Center is an equal employment opportunity employer.
