Support Small Group rate adequacy, with strong execution of semiannual new business rate review and monthly renewal block checks Collaborate and build influence with market leadership, sales, and underwriting business partners Ideate and evaluate strategic initiatives that balance membership and margin objectives Identify and implement process improvements in the current business process Mentor and develop junior staff Required Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree along with 3+ years of relevant healthcare and actuarial experience Prior actuarial exams passed (or ASA) Strong communication skills Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel skills, able to turn data into understandable and compelling exhibits/stories Strong analytic skills and attention to detail, including ability to manipulate and summarize data and natural curiosity to dig into the \"why.\" Adept at creative problem solving and decision making, using multiple data sources to assess and develop business strategies Self-motivated with a willingness to ask questions and take initiative Customer-focused mindset and willingness to address concerns of regulators and business/enterprise partners Creativity and intellectual curiosity to navigate the dynamic level-funding competitive environment Preferred Qualifications

Experience with level-funding and/or small group products ASA Anticipated Weekly Hours

Full time Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $92,700.00 - $203,940.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Benefits
