Overview
Support CVS Health’s financial integrity through support of the Commercial Health Plan pharmacy business. This will be achieved through developing and evaluating formulary strategy, and performing complex studies to support pharmacy rating methodology, product analysis, and analysis of legislative impacts. Will also be responsible for developing reporting to track emerging trends and identify actionable insights. What You Will Do
Evaluate Commercial formulary strategy through assessing the impact of changes in drug tier and utilization management techniques to utilization, rebates, and gross costs. Assess financial impact of potential product solutions. Assess financial impact of changes to formulary coverage per legislation or changes to company policy. Present findings and make recommendations to audiences including senior leadership and representation from cross functional teams. Coach more junior colleagues. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree along with 3+ years of actuarial experience Strong technical skills; Excel and coding experience Actuarial exams passed (or ASA) Able to drive to conclusion multiple projects ranging in complexity and duration Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Ability to perform independent research and develop an internal network to obtain information as needed Education
Bachelor\'s degree or have obtained ASA/FSA Anticipated Weekly Hours
