Senior Transaction Manager Job Description Summary

Provides ongoing portfolio management for a dynamic global occupier services client. Responsibilities include strong negotiation skills, market optimization, database management, client relationship management, market tours, and other related duties, as they may arise. Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Strategy: Advise and execute on Tenant’s comprehensive market strategy, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, subleasing, terminations, license/timeshares and/or assignment. Drive strategic real estate strategies for the client. Lease Renewals & Terminations: Negotiate and communicate effectively, with understanding of general commercial real estate lease terms and their implications. Review documents for compliance with Tenant’s standards. Ensure timely lease negotiations and assist in package delivery. Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain regular, proactive communication with the client, field brokers, transaction management team, platform partners and stakeholders to execute transactions. Ability to work in a remote corporate environment and to multitask. Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, rental rates, and property values. Supervise field broker selection and lead local market tours with collateral material. Financial Acumen: Ensure accuracy in financial analysis/underwriting, reporting, documentation, and compliance. Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of 5-8 years of real estate transaction management or related experience Active real estate salesperson license required; transfer to Cushman & Wakefield following hire Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Analytical mindset with rigorous attention to detail Self-starter with proactive problem-solving and effective time management Limited travel as needed for market tours and related activities Compensation & Benefits

Compensation ranges from $103,955.00 to $122,300.00 and is determined by location, experience, and other factors. The company is an Equal Opportunity employer.
