Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated
Finance Systems Analyst (Specialist 2 – Operations)
to join our Global Reporting Integration and Run Support team with Johnson and Johnson. This role supports management reporting solutions across PHARM and MedTech sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong financial and systems expertise and be comfortable collaborating with global stakeholders and IT teams. Base pay range $45.00/hr - $45.00/hr Key Responsibilities
Develop and support PHARM and MedTech SigniFi reporting platforms (SAP AFP and SAC) Provide user support and resolve reporting issues in collaboration with global reporting teams Support the business during monthly and quarterly financial close processes Document operational and enhancement processes Ensure data integrity and reconcile reporting issues with IT teams Analyze ERP data feeds to investigate and resolve discrepancies Contribute to continuous improvement of data quality and internal controls Partner with business stakeholders, governance teams, and IT groups to resolve reporting issues Participate in knowledge transfer sessions for new reports and sector deployment Day in the Life
Reviewing and managing tickets in the system Collaborating with users to understand reporting issues Partnering with IT to resolve complex data/reporting problems Preparing updates and documentation for leadership and stakeholders Supporting monthly/quarterly financial closings, with occasional flexibility in hours Qualifications
3–4 years in similar reporting/finance roles Finance/Accounting or Business Intelligence (BI) background Systems experience: SAP AFP and SAC (required); Tableau, Alteryx, BW (preferred) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work in a matrixed global environment Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated Familiarity with global partners, norms, and culture Non-Negotiables
