Analyze and report monthly financial results to plant, sales, and corporate management Prepare forecasts, operating plans, and strategic planning reports Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial transactions and reporting Oversee physical inventory accuracy, investigate variances, and lead monthly audits Maintain perpetual finished goods inventory and reconcile production/shipping daily Monitor and control excess and obsolete inventory risks Develop and maintain standard costs and bills of materials Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and corporate internal controls Supervise a small accounting staff (1–3 positions) Partner with plant operations to review labor, materials, overhead, and distribution costs You\'ll love it here if you have the knack for

MBA, CMA, or CPA certification Experience with JD Edwards ERP systems and system conversions Multiple years of progressive Plant Controller experience Seniority level
