This includes oversight of all plant-related financial transactions, ensuring accurate reporting, and implementing controls to mitigate risk. The Plant Controller is a member of the plant leadership team and provides financial guidance in all aspects of operations while partnering with corporate leadership. Base pay
$150,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr Additional compensation

Oversee all plant financial functions including cost accounting, inventory control, manufacturing budget, fixed assets, procurement, departmental reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Manage monthly financial close processes and prepare accurate plant financial statements. Provide variance analysis of actual results vs. budget/forecast, identifying opportunities for improvement. Monitor and report on KPIs, linking performance to financial outcomes and improvement initiatives. Provide financial analysis for capital and expense projects, proposals, and productivity initiatives. Lead plant physical inventory processes for raw materials, supplies, and finished goods. Ensure internal controls and accounting procedures are in place to safeguard company assets and audits. Oversee plant ERP system and provide accounting oversight for related IT systems. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. Preferred CPA, CMA, or MBA. 7+ years of progressively responsible finance/accounting experience, including 5+ years in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, forecasting, and account reconciliation. ERP systems expertise and advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Supervisory experience with proven ability to build and lead teams. Strong collaborator and team player with excellent communication skills. Company information
