Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the company's tax planning, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local tax laws. Review and file federal and state income tax returns, prepare and review tax forecasts and estimates. Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns. Identify and mitigate tax risks. Coordinate accounting staff and manage tax provision and tax compliance process. Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices. Manage and coordinate tax audits. Prepare all tax papers on regular basis and handle all information data requests. Keep abreast of current developments in the tax area. Provide leadership and support to junior staff. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master\'s degree in Taxation or CPA designation is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax manager or public accountant role. In-depth knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns. Knowledge of tax software and MS Office. Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems. Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships. Strong leadership and personnel management skills. Analytical skills with detail orientation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Additional
