LHH is representing a leading investment and asset management firm in Atlanta seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Finance team. This role will be responsible for developing advanced financial models, leading key projects, and providing mentorship to junior analysts. The Senior Financial Analyst will partner closely with internal teams to deliver insights, support decision-making, and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models for both portfolio- and property-level analysis Lead financial projects with accountability for accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables Review and oversee work produced by analysts, ensuring consistency and high standards Support debt financing activities, including reporting, analysis, and approval coordination Track and analyze portfolio performance metrics, including operating results, maturities, and key KPIs Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations Support refinancing, hold/sell, and exit strategy evaluations in collaboration with asset management teams Mentor junior analysts Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or related field 3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis (commercial real estate, investment management, private equity, or similar industries) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to Argus Enterprise strongly preferred Seniority level
