Evaluating and underwriting new investment & development opportunities by analyzing offering memorandums, business plans, and financial models Develop detailed property cash flow projections using Excel and Argus Conduct market research to support underwriting assumptions and identify new opportunities Prepare term sheets, credit memos, and presentations for the Investment Committee Assist with transaction due diligence Oversee investment asset management from origination to disposition Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or related business degree 1+ years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate sector, with a preference for experience in investment sales, acquisitions, or asset management Proficiency in Excel & Argus Experience with CRE research platforms such as CoStar, REIS, RCA, and Trepp is preferred Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at LHH by 2x
