Senior Financial Analyst- Medical Device
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst to support the Division FP&A team in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. The role involves preparing and managing financial reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting, performing month-end close activities, and providing insights to drive business decisions. This position requires collaboration across global teams and engagement in ad hoc financial projects. Responsibilities
Prepare financial reports and analyses, including Plans, Latest Best Estimate (LBE), and Long Range Projections (LRP) for P&L and balance sheet metrics. Maintain planning processes and calendars for the division and functional areas. Develop tools and templates for financial consolidation, reporting, and process improvements. Manage monthly financial performance metrics (sales, expenses, cash conversion cycle, IBP). Support budgeting and forecasting for the marketing organization. Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, revenue tie-outs, and expense summaries. Analyze daily and weekly sales reports and projections. Maintain finance scorecards and support cross-business analytics. Conduct ad hoc financial modeling, data mining, and provide presentation support for senior management. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience considered. 7+ years of progressive finance experience in accounting, FP&A, or related roles. Strong Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. Knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close processes. Analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills; experience supporting global teams. Preferred Experience
Exposure to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP). Experience supporting global marketing finance. Background in manufacturing finance or Fortune 500 environment. Pay Range
$40/hr to $45/hr Benefits
