You collaborate with team members to drive branch sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the bank. Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and cross-selling banking products and services to existing and prospective customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Proactively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, lead calling, portfolio management and community engagement. Meet the financial needs of customers, including transactional, servicing, and product needs. Ensure an elevated customer experience with personalized, seamless, and attentive service. Foster customer loyalty by addressing concerns and providing timely resolutions. Engage customers via digital channels to enhance interactions and educate them on self-service options. Communicate clearly with customers in person, over the phone, or through digital channels. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk and fraud policies. Collaborate with team members and partners to achieve branch goals and drive performance. Responsibilities may extend to supporting nearby branch locations based on business needs. What You Bring (Qualifications)

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience and education. 3+ years experience selling products/services in an incentive-based environment, or 12+ months in Retail Banking sales or related role with proven success. 12+ months Santander-related experience in essential functions and responsibilities; endorsement of performance by District/Region leadership may be required. 12+ months customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Strong relationship-building skills focused on customer experience and loyalty. Excellent customer service, communication, and consultative skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team; credible, trustworthy, and professional image at all times. Proficiency with digital tools and technology to enhance engagement. Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures; identify and escalate risk concerns. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Computer proficiency and basic math skills; willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings. Base Pay

Base pay range: $38,250.00 USD – $59,000.00 USD per year Location

Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through experience or education. Experience in Microsoft Office products. Fluent in Haitian Creole, Cape Verdean Creole, and/or Spanish preferred. What Else You Need To Know

The base pay range posted represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions, the range is based on a 40-hour work week.
