Achieve or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and cross-selling various banking products and services to existing and prospective customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Proactively prospect for new clients through internal and outbound interactions such as networking, referrals, lead calling, portfolio management and community engagement. Meet the financial needs of customers to include transactional, servicing, and product solutions. Ensure an elevated customer experience, delivering personalized, seamless, and attentive service. Foster customer loyalty by addressing concerns and providing timely resolutions. Engage customers through digital platforms to enhance interactions and educate them on self-service options. Communicate clearly with customers in person, over the phone, or through digital channels. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to risk and fraud defense. Collaborate with team members and partners to achieve branch goals and drive overall performance. Responsibilities may extend to supporting nearby branch locations based on business necessity. What You Bring

High school diploma, GED or equivalent education; preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education. 3+ Years Experience selling products and/or services in an incentive-based environment OR 12+ Months Experience in Retail Banking sales or related field with proven success. 12+ Months Demonstrated Santander experience related to the essential functions and responsibilities of the Relationship Banker role (if applicable). 12+ Months Customer service experience within a high volume, fast-paced environment. Established relationship-building skills with a focus on customer experience and loyalty; excellent service orientation and cross-selling results. Strong communication, consultative and influencing skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team, follow directions, and use digital tools to enhance engagement. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities; branch hours may include weekends and evenings. Certifications

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions, the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location. Base Pay Range: Minimum $38,250.00 USD – Maximum $59,000.00 USD EEO Statement
