The Role
The Senior Recruitment Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving the firm\'s growth in the U.S. market. This position requires a seasoned recruiter with a proven track record in sales and business development within the life sciences sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs in the life sciences industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and objectives.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants.
Stay informed about industry trends and market developments.
Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the life sciences sector.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
