$350,000.00/yr - $450,000.00/yr We are seeking an experienced
Vice President of Finance
to lead and oversee all aspects of financial operations for a fast-growing organization in the
data center, telecommunications, or real estate sector
(CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE). This is a strategic role for a senior finance leader who can combine technical expertise with operational leadership, regulatory insight, and strong stakeholder management. The VP of Finance will own financial planning, reporting, compliance, and cost management, while collaborating with internal teams, investors, and external advisors. Key Responsibilities Financial Operations & Strategy Own end-to-end finance operations, including FP&A, MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, capital allocation, and growth initiatives. Provide executive-level guidance on
tax, regulatory, and compliance matters , ensuring adherence to U.S. financial standards and best practices. Drive process improvements to enhance financial efficiency, controls, and reporting accuracy. Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing finance team. Partner with executives, including the CEO and Board/Chairman, to provide actionable insights and financial leadership. Negotiate and collaborate with lawyers, customers, investors, and other external stakeholders on financial matters, contracts, and agreements. Industry & Sector Expertise Bring deep understanding of financial operations in real estate, telecommunications, or data center markets. Ensure accurate cost tracking, capitalization of assets, and compliance with industry-specific accounting and reporting requirements. Advise on investment opportunities, acquisitions, and capital projects, aligning financial strategy with business goals. Qualifications Experience Level:
Senior executive (SVP/VP), with prior leadership in finance operations. Education:
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred. Industry Experience:
Real Estate, Telecommunications, or Data Centers strongly preferred. Financial Expertise:
FP&A, MIS reporting, cost management, regulatory compliance, tax ownership, and US GAAP knowledge. Leadership:
Strong team management and cross-functional collaboration skills; capable of driving decisions and influencing stakeholders. Personality:
Strategic, decisive personality able to negotiate with lawyers, customers, and investors. Location:
Based in or willing to relocate to EST.
