Litigation Associate – FL Maune Raichle Hartley French & Mudd, LLC is a national plaintiffs’ litigation firm representing individuals and families harmed by corporate wrongdoing. The firm is seeking associate attorneys with a demonstrated commitment to plaintiff-side civil litigation, ideally with experience in asbestos. Personal injury, torts, or product liability experience is preferred. This is a full-time in-office position with frequent travel. The role focuses on asbestos litigation, with opportunities to learn all aspects of the practice and take on case responsibilities as you grow. The work is fast-paced, high-stakes, and emotionally compelling, involving client contact and advocacy in and out of the courtroom. Responsibilities
Learn all aspects of asbestos litigation and become responsible for handling cases over time. Case management duties including written discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and trial work as a second chair. Maintain frequent client contact and develop rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Travel frequently as required by case needs. Qualifications
Background in plaintiff-side asbestos litigation is preferred ; experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, and product liability are also valuable. A valid J.D. from an ABA-accredited institution and admission to the bar of the applicable state . Excellent legal research and writing abilities. Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships and work well both individually and as part of a team. Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Base pay range:
