The Administrative Coordinator will primarily support the property management team with reporting responsibilities. Excellent customer service skills are essential as the role involves working with tenants to resolve issues and handle special requests. The coordinator will collaborate with vendors and building management to ensure procedures are followed. Additional responsibilities include: Answering phones, greeting visitors, assisting tenants with work orders, and supporting the property and asset management team. Preparing and updating lease files and abstracts for tenants, ensuring accuracy. Managing and tracking certificates of insurance to ensure compliance with building standards. Entering invoices into accounting systems such as MRI, Timberline, and Yardi. Communicating with tenants about events, building updates, rent statements, and issues. Supporting quarterly tenant appreciation events. Position Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Coordinator, preferably in commercial real estate. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Professional, reliable, flexible, with a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and customer service skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive and willing to take on additional responsibilities. Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Compensation
