Support weekly and bi-weekly payroll runs in Oracle Cloud HCM Assist payroll teams with payroll loads, run settings, and retro pay scenarios Specialize in retro pay processing using Fast Formulas Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues Provide functional support with technical insight into: Fast Formulas, Payroll Extracts, HDL, and BI Reports Integrations with payroll and benefits partners Ensure accuracy in payroll balance adjustments Back-dated salary or grade/step increases Late or corrected time/absence entries Back-dated element changes (e.g., allowances, deductions) Corrected benefit/compensation elections impacting taxable pay Qualifications
Proven experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll functional support Deep understanding of retro pay logic and Fast Formula development Familiarity with HDL, Payroll Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI Strong grasp of payroll integrations with third-party vendors Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Benefits, and Finance teams Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Requirements
