The Opportunity :
The firm is seeking a mid-level Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its growing practice. With offices in Western Massachusetts, Connecticut, and a recently added location in Lebanon, New Hampshire, the firm offers flexibility for this position to be based in a
hybrid arrangement from any of these offices . This role provides an excellent opportunity to build a career in estate planning, trust and estate administration, charitable giving strategies, and wealth transfer planning within a collaborative, client-focused environment. The practice also advises clients on real estate transactions and leasing matters connected to trust and estate planning. Key responsibilities include drafting and updating comprehensive estate plans, advising clients on tax-efficient wealth transfer and charitable planning, and preparing or reviewing estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns. Qualifications : 4+ years of experience in trusts and estates law, including estate planning and/or trust and estate administration. Admission to practice in Massachusetts is required (admission to practice in other jurisdictions, such as Connecticut or New Hampshire, is a plus). Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A client-focused mindset and a commitment to professional growth within the T&E practice.
