In this client-facing role, you’ll collaborate directly with high-net-worth individuals to design sophisticated estate plans that reflect both technical excellence and personal care. What You’ll Do Craft custom estate plans for affluent clients using advanced planning techniques Engage clients in meaningful dialogue to uncover needs and provide trusted guidance Work closely with a collaborative team of attorneys and support professionals Stay at the forefront of trust, estate, and tax planning developments What We’re Looking For 5+ years of relevant experience in estate planning, trust administration, or a related legal environment Demonstrated skill in advanced estate planning for high-net-worth clients Massachusetts Bar admission required; admission in Florida, New Hampshire, or additional states is a strong plus LL.M. in Taxation is preferred Excellent communication, drafting, and client service skills A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to manage complex matters with confidence Why Join?
