, we might be the right fit for you. Duties & Responsibilities Advise clients via phone concerning Elder Law, Trusts, & Estate matters. Draft and review legal documents, such as wills, trusts, and advanced directives. Requirements Juris Doctor Detailed knowledge of Wills & Estate Laws. Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented Ability to ask pertinent questions, actively listen to answers and synthesize information in order to formulate advice based on sound judgment and strong knowledge of the law and legal precedence.
