Base pay range
$127,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr A leading international investment bank headquartered in Midtown Manhattan that is looking to add a "AVP, Regulatory Relations" to their team. This hybrid role (2-3 days onsite per week) offers a highly competitive compensation package. Responsibilities
Support the management of supervisory examinations and ongoing regulatory monitoring activities, including scheduling, coordination, and documentation. Set up exam SharePoint sites, track regulatory requests and firm responses, and prepare internal briefing materials and presentations for regulatory meetings. Draft regulatory response documents and take meeting minutes in collaboration with business and control stakeholders. Assist in managing firmwide regulatory remediation efforts, including tracking progress and supporting various remediation workstreams. Draft management response letters and remediation plans in coordination with relevant stakeholders. Monitor remediation milestones and provide regular updates through BAU reports on the status of regulatory deliverables. Facilitate timely escalation and resolution of material issues, delays, or conflicts among stakeholders. Contribute to the preparation and execution of the monthly Regulatory Remediation Oversight Committee, including data analysis, meeting materials, and minutes. Support the creation of presentations and reports for internal committees and senior leadership. Maintain accurate data related to regulatory commitments within the firm’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. Collaborate with the Regulatory Change Management Team to stay informed on evolving laws, rules, and regulations. Seniority level
