$137,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr Global corporate bank located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a VP Regulatory Change Management Officer to join their team. This role is on a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office. Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert within the Regulatory Change Management team. Identify, analyze, and oversee the implementation of new or updated laws, rules, regulations, or material regulatory guidance. Conduct applicability analysis to determine how regulatory changes impact the organization. Perform preliminary impact assessments for new or changed regulations. Route regulatory changes to the appropriate departments and stakeholders for review and action. Develop and track action plans for implementing regulatory changes. Maintain and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory changes. Draft a weekly digest summarizing updates on laws, rules, and regulations. Contribute to the preparation of key metrics to evaluate the health and governance of the Regulatory Change Management initiative. Coordinate with departments across the division to ensure timely and effective implementation of regulatory changes. Seniority level
