Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Des Moines, IA. The Vice President - Youth Programs will oversee the development, implementation, and management of programs aimed at improving the academic, social, and emotional well-being of youth within the community. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, managing a team of staff, and ensuring program effectiveness through data analysis and reporting. The role also involves collaborating with community partners and stakeholders to enhance program offerings and secure funding. Qualifications Program Management and Project Management skills Strong Analytical Skills to assess program effectiveness and outcomes Experience in Strategic Planning and Budgeting Excellent leadership and team management abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Background in education, social work, or related fields is beneficial Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred Seniority level : Executive Employment type : Full-time Job function : Project Management and Information Technology Industries : Individual and Family Services
