As Team Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the administrative, marketing, and operational functions of the team. You will coordinate all aspects of listings and transactions, oversee vendor and client communications, and maintain systems that keep the team performing at its highest level. This is a dynamic position requiring strong multitasking, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: • Manage all team operations including transaction coordination, listing preparation, and compliance with brokerage and CAR forms. • Oversee vendor scheduling (stagers, photographers, inspectors, contractors, etc.) and ensure properties are market-ready. • Maintain and refine team systems and workflows (CRM, project management tools, databases, etc.). • Coordinate marketing efforts including brochures, postcards, social media campaigns, and event planning in alignment with Sotheby’s brand standards. • Track budgets, invoices, and financial records for listings and marketing. • Support client communication and ensure a consistent, luxury experience at every stage of the transaction. • Serve as the primary point of contact for the brokerage, escrow, title, and cooperating agents. • Provide executive-level support to the lead agents and maintain overall team accountability. Qualifications: • Proven experience in real estate operations, team management, or related field (Bay Area luxury experience preferred). • Strong knowledge of California real estate forms, contracts, and compliance procedures. • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines. • Proficiency with CRM systems, project management platforms (Monday.com, Cloze, etc.), MLS, DocuSign, and Google Workspace. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive problem solver. • Professionalism, discretion, and client-service mindset aligned with the Sotheby’s brand. Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 yearly
