Since 2002, we deliver products via truck, rail, or ocean vessel throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. We focus on logistics strategies and processes to meet customer needs using the latest information systems and advanced technologies. Responsibilities
Lead the AS parts distribution to/from dealers (including EV Battery programs), Consolidation Center business, and Knock Down Parts Services. Plan and manage services in the GUS portfolio; build, establish, and lead the team to meet service objectives. Support business development activities for the distribution department. Develop, analyze, and maintain strategic inventory, demand, sales, and supplier metrics; implement forecasting methodologies and lead times as inputs to planning. Lead weekly and/or monthly forecasting processes; oversee daily operations and problem resolution; develop and optimize processes. Provide regular reports on team performance; perform analyses and recommend countermeasures when objectives are not met. Ensure operating procedures, processes, and manuals are up to date; coordinate with other departments to improve performance and productivity. Support and drive business development opportunities; review industry trends and target new business. Coordinate with coordinators and executive management on reporting; participate in software development or system improvements related to parts distribution. Maintain open dialogue with other departments to coordinate activities and improve performance. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; 8–12 years of direct experience in Logistics, Transportation, SCM (8–12 years) with 10–15 years preferred. Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal English communication; strong interpersonal skills to engage with vendors, dealers, HQ, and customers. Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database management. Ability to balance focus, prioritize, and multi-task; capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to sit at a desk for long periods and travel domestically up to 25%. Benefits
