You will be the Subcontract Manager for the ADSW Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for facilitating the procurement cycle from order placement to full delivery, ensuring timely and quality delivery of products to our customers. What You Will Be Doing

As the Subcontract Manager, you will be responsible for leading the procurement efforts, serving as the primary liaison between Lockheed Martin and our suppliers, and working with cross-functional teams to balance competing priorities. Your responsibilities will include: Working with program management teams to generate and manage subcontract efforts Developing and implementing Affordability initiatives across the supply base Performing price analysis and leading negotiations for subcontract and Purchase Order documentation Interfacing with government and Lockheed Martin customers, technical personnel, and other functional organizations Leading teams to develop solutions to complex problems Why Join Us

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate\'s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
