Your Role As a Store Manager Responsibilities
Manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer receives a great, customized hair and beauty experience. Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budget, control expenses, grow sales and manage inventory. Protect customers, associates and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety, security rules and Company policies. Ensure the store always looks its best. Qualifications
At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience. Experience in operational, financial and performance management. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required. Self-starter with a drive to learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers. Must be 18 years of age or older.
