We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Business Analyst
to join our team in Wayne. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
business process design
and
IT operations design , enabling them to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business requirements. Design and optimize business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures. Support IT operations design initiatives, including system enhancements and integrations. Develop business cases, functional specifications, and process documentation. Coordinate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are met. Provide thought leadership and recommend process or system improvements. Required Qualifications: 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role. Proven experience in
business process design
(BPM, process mapping, or similar frameworks). Exposure to
IT operations design
or IT Service Management (ITSM). Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or BPM software. Familiarity with ITIL or other IT operations best practices. Experience in change management or organizational design is a plus. Seniority level
