We are seeking a Senior Analyst - Treasury to support Corporate Treasury\'s function for Capital Management and associated business partners throughout the organization. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for a range of Capital Management activities including but not limited to forecasting, stress testing, reporting to senior management, and related governance. The Work Itself

Support Ally\'s regulatory capital planning process to meet internal and external expectations Collaborate with teams across Ally to source relevant capital forecast inputs, organize consolidated data, and apply regulatory capital treatment to project Ally\'s capital adequacy in both baseline and stress scenarios Prepare presentation materials to communicate Ally\'s actual and forecasted regulatory capital position to senior management and the Board of Directors Ensure auditpliance and manage various internal and external governance requests Ensure compliance with internal and external capital requirements and related policies and procedures Assist in preparing various ad hoc analyses as necessary Work collaboratively with Finance, Risk, Treasury and other teams to ensure enterprise objectives are met Monitor and analyze capital metrics, trends, and financial market conditions to anticipate capital risk and opportunities Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices and regulatory developments to assess the impact to Ally\'s capital position and inform strategic decision making The Skills You Bring

Bachelor\'s Degree required 3+ years of experience in Finance (Treasury and/or Financial Planning & Analysis FP&A) or related field required Knowledge of Basel capital rules and stress testing (CCAR / DFAST), preferred Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint) Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated intellectual curiosity Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across business levels Demonstrated client service mindset with ability to support multiple assignments and stakeholders, prioritize workload, and coordinate with teammates to meet deadlines Ability to organize data and exercise strong problem-solving skills Experience in working with multiple business partners in a collaborative and team-oriented manner; ability to develop strong relationships with internal business partners How We\'ll Have Your Back
