Association & Operations Director . This dual-role position involves direct day-to-day management of two trade associations while also supporting the internal operations of Currie Associates. This is not a purely strategic or executive-only role — we’re looking for someone who enjoys doing the work, coordinating events, engaging with members, and keeping operations on track. looking to step into a broader leadership role with real impact. The ideal candidate thrives in a small team environment, is highly organized, and understands how trade associations function—especially in highly regulated industries. Key responsibilities include the following:

Association Management

Serve as the Executive Director for

COSTHA

and

IVODGA

Manage membership services, renewals, and outreach

Coordinate all aspects of association meetings, conferences, and virtual events

Support board governance, committee work, and strategic initiatives

Oversee association communications, newsletters, and website content

Maintain and update policies, bylaws, and governance documents

Assist with dues invoicing, budgeting, and financial reporting

Oversee project delivery and client support activities

Support internal coordination across consulting, training, and client services

Track project timelines, resource planning, and deliverables

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and team coordination

Business Development Support

Collaborate on proposals and client outreach materials

Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and association members

Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders

Required:

4+ years of experience in association management

Proven success planning events, managing members, and supporting boards

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, QuickBooks
