Advance statewide efforts to protect clean water and enhance river resilience Manage and implement multi-benefit water infrastructure projects that improve ecosystems Engage in water management strategies to address stream flow availability Write grants and manage project budgets, ensuring compliance with funding requirements Represent the organization at public meetings and collaborate with various partners Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred; master’s degree is a plus Minimum of three years’ experience in water and natural resource management for the manager role; at least seven years for the senior manager role Strong understanding of state water laws and management frameworks Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working collaboratively with diverse partners Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications
