Top candidates will meet our team in-store for an interview. Key Responsibilities: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assist customers both in person and via phone to determine needs and present appropriate products. Build trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Process accurate sales transactions. Follow and achieve sales goals consistently. Maintain precise work order files and formulas. Mix and tint products according to customer specifications. Stock shelves and set up displays. Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed. Keep assigned areas clean and maintain product inventory. Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and options. Contribute ideas to enhance sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work without needing sponsorship. Valid driver's license required. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion. Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Must have a performance rating of at least meets expectations if currently employed at Sherwin-Williams. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in retail or customer service. Experience selling paint and related products is a plus. Knowledge of tinting and mixing equipment. Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are highly valued.
