Discover & Define: Onsite work to understand customer workflows, surface problems, and design solutions that create measurable value. Build & Deliver: Partner with engineers and designers to connect data, model it, and build workflows that drive adoption and results. Drive Adoption: Lead trainings, deliver demos, and ensure solutions are rolled out to new user groups. Influence product direction with field insights. Grow the Business: Identify and scope new opportunities—additional use cases or new markets—and help realize them. What You Have
8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy & ops, product management, enterprise SaaS implementation, or similar client-facing, solution-oriented roles. A track record of solving messy, ambiguous problems and translating them into structured, actionable plans. Experience working directly with customers to understand workflows and co-develop solutions. Comfort collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver complex, cross-functional outcomes. Excellent communication and facilitation skills — able to lead sessions with analysts and present confidently to senior executives. Organized, proactive, and ready to own critical workstreams end-to-end. Nice To Have
Experience in healthcare IT, EHR integrations, or revenue cycle management. Familiarity with SQL, scripting languages, or working with complex datasets. Company Information and Compliance
