Overview
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. This role aims to ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Establish and maintain Guest Services. Support the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations to maximize sales and profitability. Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and manage merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures. Qualifications
Prior retail and/or management experience is required. Minimum age 18. Physical requirements: standing and walking for up to 8+ hours; ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds. Benefits and Compensation
Hourly rate ranges from $18.00 - $18.25 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.
