We’re looking for Business Development Representatives who are driven, consultative, and AI-first in their approach. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, shaping their impression of eGain. In this role, leveraging AI and digital tools in a product-led sales engagement model, you will: Lead discovery calls to qualify enterprise leads to develop sales opportunities. Nurture prospects until they are ready to engage with Account Executives. Use creative prospecting techniques to identify new opportunities. Partner with marketing (you are their customer) and sales (they are your customer) to refine processes, share insights, and continuously improve pipeline generation. What Makes You a Fit?

You don’t need to be a full stack engineer, but you can hold your own in a technical conversation. Growth mindset – You’re eager to learn consultative selling techniques and build your career in enterprise technology sales. Qualifications

Some prior experience in sales, customer success, consulting, or other customer-facing roles is helpful, but not essential. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply AI and technology to solve problems. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Why Join eGain?
