Strategy Analyst at DaVita, within Team Genesis (Corporate Real Estate). Support and manage DaVita’s real estate portfolio across 2,800 locations in the United States. Analyze and solve complex business problems affecting clinical portfolio, operational expenses, and capital deployment. Provide administrative support to enterprise systems and drive data-driven insights. Work is visible to senior leadership with opportunities to present findings to executive leaders. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The following duties and responsibilities reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive. Analytics Strong foundation in quantitative concepts (e.g., financial, statistical, forecasting) Simplify complex or ambiguous financial, business and operational problems through hypotheses-based analytical frameworks Challenge the status quo, ask provocative questions, and develop recommendations Understand how business processes work and the role of people within the organization Systems administrative support; support multiple real estate systems and drive reporting/analytics to generate value for stakeholders Accountability Create, develop and update dashboards and data visualizations for the Commercial Real Estate department using Excel, PowerPoint, Anaplan and Tableau Prioritize multiple tasks to identify and address the most important business problems Team Contribute to a trusting, collaborative team environment with multi-directional feedback Partner with various lanes within the Commercial Real Estate department (e.g., Real Estate brokers, Construction Project Managers, Facility Maintenance Managers, other analysts) to drive performance and multi-year objectives Qualifications
Ability to think critically through business and operational problems and leverage data to drive solutions Desire to innovate, develop recommendations, and implement solutions to grow the business Able to prioritize multiple tasks and solve the most important business problems Open to constructive feedback and quick implementation Curiosity, strong desire to learn, and comfort in ambiguous environments Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and Anaplan Provide administrative support for Commercial Real Estate systems and insights into data flow to visualization platforms Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, business, or related field 0-2 years of analytics/quantitative experience or internship experience (finance, strategy, etc.) What You’ll Experience
