Overview We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join Volume PMO, DaVita’s growth strategy team. As an analyst on our team, you will help shape, execute, and scale high-impact initiatives that drive growth for the Village. You’ll partner with teammates across the organization—from operations to finance to the field—and help turn ideas into real outcomes. Essential Duties And Responsibilities The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.
Analytics
Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Build data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions
Design and implement tools, dashboards, and reports to track project performance
Quickly learn how different Village systems and processes work and use that understanding to inform your analysis
Project and Stakeholder Management
Support end-to-end execution of projects—from discovery to pilot to implementation
Manage timelines, track progress, and help teams stay on target
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on goals and next steps
Own deliverables with increasing responsibility over time
Strategy & Communication
Help develop clear, concise, and compelling presentations for project updates and recommendations
Use storytelling to turn data and insights into action
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to share progress, risks, and needs
Ask questions and push for clarity where needed
Team & Culture
Be an active contributor to our team’s evolving culture, systems, and norms
Bring a learning mindset—we reflect often on how we work and continuously improve

Desired Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear, concise communication (verbal and written)
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in ambiguity and navigating evolving projects
Team player with a collaborative spirit and a desire to learn
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field
2+ years of professional experience in project management, finance, strategy, consulting, or analytics
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with other tech systems (Tableau, SQL, Python, Asana, etc.)
Development Opportunities

The Salary Range for the role is $68,400.00 - $100,400.00 per year.
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
