We are seeking a skilled and reliable
Hands-On Foreman
to join our team. This is a full-time position for someone who takes pride in their craft and can bring both technical expertise and leadership to our residential remodeling projects. Our work focuses on kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home renovations, with an emphasis on quality, detail, and artistry. What You’ll Do: Lead and work alongside crews on site, ensuring projects are completed with precision and care Install tile, cabinetry, and finishes with a high standard of craftsmanship Manage daily site activities, problem-solve, and keep work on schedule Understand and interpret plans, and anticipate how changes impact later phases of the project Collaborate with subs (electrical, HVAC, etc.) while maintaining oversight of the overall project flow Work Saturdays and travel independently to job sites across Southern MD, DC, and Northern VA What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of proven experience in residential remodeling/construction (tile installation, concrete, framing) Strong leadership and communication skills; Spanish-speaking is a big plus Own tools & van Authorized to work in the U.S. (legal immigration status required) Formal credentials or certifications are a plus Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs safely Comfortable standing, bending, and working on your feet for extended periods Capable of performing hands-on construction work, sometimes in tight or physically demanding spaces Must adhere to safe work practices and maintain a safe job site environment What We Offer: Competitive pay 1099 contractor role with steady, full-time work Growth opportunity into a Project Manager position A family-owned and operated company that values people, quality, and the craft of building Initial 60-day trial period to ensure the right fit for both you and the company If you’re passionate about construction, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with a company that treats its team like family, we’d love to hear from you.
