High School diploma (or equivalent) At least 2 years of prior maintenance experience Must have valid driver’s license Satisfactory driving record with no more than three (3) moving violations in the past three (3) years No record of Reckless Driving or DUI/DWI in the past seven (7) years Demonstrated competence in electricity, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, carpentry, plastering and painting needed Ability to plan, organize, prioritize Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Computer proficiency with Microsoft products Able to work on-call Benefits
